I broke my toe. It's just a little pinky toe but I haven't been able to run for almost a week now and I must admit I'm getting a bit frustrated! The doctor told me to stay off of it for 3-6 weeks. I told him he had 3-6 days. That went over well.
How do you keep yourself from going crazy when you have an injury that slows you down?
oh No! Somehow, it would be easier to stay off my feet with a broken leg or pulled muscle. My doctor walked into the room at my physical with her foot in a boot from a stress fracture, due to running. Dreaded word: eliptical?
ReplyDeleteI know! A tiny toe seems so silly. I've been biking and lifting upper body but mostly just sleeping in and feeling sorry for myself which is pathetic because it is not a big deal!
