That was a wonderful moment.
I tried to keep lifting, but the past few weeks I'm happy to go on a walk and swim. Someday soon will get back into it!Cami Checkettshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04808766671117311131noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4144931681698329601.post-79248241495741978882010-07-13T19:35:43.703-07:002010-07-13T19:35:43.703-07:00Not quite over the sickness as of yet. That's what has been tough about working out, when I do work-outs, I totally deplete my energy.

So I've scaled back...And on days that I don't do a work-out, I've got enough energy for my family.

My pants still fit, my weight is still the same, but I feel my belly getting bigger already. AHHHH! ;)chococataniahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10468610391740529977noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4144931681698329601.post-89143738560513998422010-07-12T12:55:57.896-07:002010-07-12T12:55:57.896-07:00Thanks. Now that I'm only a couple of weeks away, I'm getting scared for how scary I'll look after. I'm with you, I just keep reminding myself how wonderful it will be to have a baby!
Good luck with your pregnancy. Are you over the sickness yet?Cami Checkettshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04808766671117311131noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4144931681698329601.post-81834547549530068182010-07-06T19:56:14.400-07:002010-07-06T19:56:14.400-07:00It is SO hard not to "beat yourself up"....It is SO hard not to "beat yourself up". It is hard not to compare your current self (even if you ARE performing THE miracle of life) to your previous, fitter self.

I, too, am pregnant with my fourth. I'm only a little over 10 weeks along, but I've noticed big changes already. I kind of have to coach myself daily - remembering that I'm not a bum, my body is working hard, and that soon I'll have a cute baby, and life will go back to normal(?)...

Thanks for keeping up the blog. Good luck with the pregnancy. You're almost there!chococataniahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10468610391740529977noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4144931681698329601.post-30240744573391062462010-06-28T09:27:43.895-07:002010-06-28T09:27:43.895-07:00That's the best kind of walks. I get so worn out at the grocery store, I have to reward myself with ice cream to get through it!Cami Checkettshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04808766671117311131noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4144931681698329601.post-43669266689628244582010-06-25T22:23:50.345-07:002010-06-25T22:23:50.345-07:00I want to get up and go for a walk around the bloc...I want to get up and go for a walk around the block right now. Too bad it's nearly midnight. Does the walk I took to the grocery store earlier today count? What if it was only to buy ice cream? :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
